Terms of travel

Article 1 [Purpose)

These terms and conditions are for the purpose of setting the details of implementation and compliance of the travel contract concluded by Hana Tour ITC and the traveler.

Article 2 (Obligations of Travel Agents and Travelers)

① In order to provide safe and satisfactory travel services to travelers, travel agencies must faithfully perform their duties as they are in the process of establishing and executing travel plans such as travel arrangements, guidance, transportation, and lodging.
② Travelers must actively cooperate in promoting harmony among travelers and maintaining travel order of travel agencies for safe and enjoyable travel.

Article 3 (Types and Definitions of Travel) The types and definitions of travel are as follows.

1. Desired Travel: Travel conducted by a travel agent according to the travel conditions desired by the traveler.
2. General recruitment travel: Travel conducted by recruiting travelers according to the travel conditions established by the travel agency.
3. Consignment Recruitment Tour: A trip conducted by consigning traveler recruitment to other travel companies for recruitment travel products made by a travel agency.

Article 4 (constitution of contract)

① The travel contract includes the travel contract (attached), travel terms and conditions • travel itinerary (or travel description) as the contract content.
② The itinerary (or tour guide) must include the travel destination and tour details by travel date, transportation, number of shopping, lodging, meals, etc.

Article 5 (Special Agreement)

Travel agencies and travelers can make special agreements in writing to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations. In this case, the travel agency must explain to the traveler the difference from the standard terms and conditions.

Article 6 (issuance of contracts and terms and conditions, etc.)

If a travel agent has signed a travel contract with a traveler, the travel agency must issue a copy of the contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel guide) to the traveler.

Article 7 (Contract and terms and conditions, etc. are considered to be issued)

In each of the following cases, it is deemed that the travel agency has issued a travel contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel guide) to the traveler.
1. When a traveler agrees to the contents of the travel contract, terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) provided through an electronic information network such as the Internet, and applies for the conclusion of the travel contract, the travel agent agrees to the traveler using an electronic information network or mechanical device. In the case of notification of intention

When a traveler agrees to the contents of the travel contract, terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) provided by the travel agency using a mechanical device such as a facsimile, and sends a document requesting the conclusion of the travel contract. Where the travel agency notifies the traveler of his/her consent to the traveler using an electronic information network or mechanical device, etc.

Article 8 (responsibility of travel agency)

① From the time of departure to the time of arrival, the travel agent or its employee, the local travel agent or its employee, etc. We are liable for damages caused by intention or negligence.
② The travel agency must compensate for the damage suffered by the traveler due to delayed arrival and departure of transportation facilities such as aircraft, trains, and ships, or traffic jams. However, this is not the case when the travel agency proves that there is no intention or negligence.
③ The travel agency must pay attention to the traveler's baggage receipt, delivery, storage, etc., and must compensate the traveler's baggage for damage caused by loss or damage due to the travel agency's negligence.

Article 9 (Contract cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not met)

① If the travel agency cancels the travel contract because the minimum number of participants is not met, the travel agent must notify the traveler up to 24 hours before departure for day trips, and 48 hours before departure for more than 2 days and 1 night.
② If the travel agency cancels the contract without notifying within the deadline of the preceding paragraph due to the shortage of the number of participants, the traveler must compensate the traveler with a 50% down payment in addition to the refund of the down payment already paid.

Article 10 (refusal to sign a contract)

A travel agency may refuse to sign a contract with a traveler if there is a reason that falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. When
it is recognized that the travel is difficult due to illness or other reasons
3. When the maximum number of events specified in the contract is exceeded

Article 11 (Travel Fee)

① The basic fee includes each of the following items. However, the desired trip is subject to agreement between the parties.
1. Fares of the transportation agencies used such as aircraft, ships, and railroads (based on normal fares)
2. Transportation bus fees between airports, stations, piers and hotels
3. Accommodation fees and meals
4. Guide expenses
5. Various taxes required during travel
6. Domestic airports and port usage fees
7. Entrance fees to tourist destinations in the itinerary
8. Other expenses according to individual contracts
② Travelers must pay a down payment (less than 10% of the travel fee) to the travel agency when signing the contract, and the down payment is the travel fee. Or, it is treated as all or part of the amount of damages.
③ The traveler must pay the balance of the travel fee excluding the deposit in Paragraph 1 to the travel agency by the day before departure.
④ Travelers must pay the travel fee in Paragraph 1 by the method specified by the travel agency (card payment, overseas remittance, domestic account transfer, etc.).
⑤ If the traveler's insurance premium is included in the desired travel price, the travel agency must explain the insurance company name and compensation details to the traveler.

Article 12 (requirements for change of travel conditions and settlement of fees, etc.)

① Travel conditions in Articles 1 to 11 above are subject to change only in the following cases.
1. When both parties agree that it is unavoidable at the request of the traveler or due to local circumstances for the safety and protection of the traveler.
2. Achieving the purpose of travel due to natural disasters, war, government orders, transportation, strikes by lodging organizations, etc. In case of not possible
② If there is an increase or decrease in the travel fare under Article 11 (1) due to the change in the travel conditions under Paragraph 1, the change before departure will be settled before departure, and the change during the trip will be settled within 10 days after the end of the trip. ③ If the travel conditions are changed without the provisions of Paragraph 1, or the cancellation of the contract pursuant to Article 13 or Article 14 • In the event that the amount of compensation is incurred due to termination, the occurrence before the departure of the trip shall occur prior to the departure of the trip or during the trip. Each person must be settled (refunded) within 10 days after the end of the trip.
④ If a traveler fails to provide services included in the travel fee, such as accommodation, meals, sightseeing, etc. after departure, due to his/her own circumstances, the traveler cannot claim a refund of the corresponding fee to the travel agent. However, if the trip ends in the middle, it will be handled in accordance with Article 14.

Article 13 (Contract cancellation before departure)

① Travel agent or traveler may cancel this travel contract prior to departure. In this case, the amount of damage incurred is compensated in accordance with the'Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations' (notified by the Ministry of Finance and Economy).
② A travel agency or traveler may cancel this travel contract without paying the other party for damages under paragraph 1 if there is a reason falling under any of the following items before departure.
1. If the travel agent can cancel it a

C. When a traveler is deemed to be a nuisance to other travelers or to have a significant obstacle to the smooth implementation of the travel

Article 14 (Termination of contract after departure)

① The travel agency or traveler may cancel this contract if there is an unavoidable reason after departure. However, you must compensate the other party for damages caused by this.
② In case the contract is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the travel agency must cooperate with the matters necessary for the traveler to return home, and the traveler shall bear the necessary expenses that are not attributable to the travel agency.

Article 15 (Start and End of Travel)

The start of the trip starts from the point of departure and ends when the itinerary ends and arrives at the final destination. However, there are exceptions when changing the contract and schedule.

Article 16 (Obligation to explain)

The travel agent must explain the important content and changes in these terms and conditions so that the traveler can understand it.

Article 17 (insurance subscription, etc.)

The travel agent must purchase insurance or deduction to pay insurance money to the traveler or deposit a business deposit in case of damage to the traveler in connection with the travel.

Article 18 (other matters)

① If there is a dispute over matters not specified in this contract or the interpretation of this contract, the travel agency and the traveler agree to make a decision, but if no agreement is reached, the relevant laws and general customs are followed.
② If there is a legitimate reason for traveling to a special area, it may be set differently from the terms and conditions.

Be sure to check it.
Reservation application Reservation is awaiting status, and a consultant will contact you after reconfirming the availability and rate.
If the payment is not made after the reservation is confirmed, it will be canceled automatically.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation, it will be refunded after deducting a certain fee.

* Day tour and admission ticket
-Cancellation 3 days before: Refund after deducting 30% of the total amount-Cancellation
2 days before: Refund after deducting 50% of the total amount-Cancellation on the
previous day to the same day: No refund

* DLX Tour
-Cancellation 5 days before: Full deposit refund
-4 to 2 days before cancellation: Refund after deducting 10% of the total amount-Cancellation from
1 day to the same day: Refund after deducting 30% of the total amount

* Medical tour
-7 days prior cancellation: full refund of down payment
-6 days prior to 3 days prior cancellation: refund after deducting 10% of the total amount
-1 day prior to cancellation on the same day: no refund

※ However, fees may vary depending on the company you are using (hotels, etc.), so please check with the person in charge in case of changes/cancellations.
※ Refunds and schedule changes are not accepted outside of business hours, so you must apply only during business hours.

– Business hours: Weekdays (Mon~Fri) 09:00~18:00
– Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Korea are not allowed the day before.
– The above business hours are based on KST (UTC+9).
